1) The International Society for Animal Assisted Therapy asbl (ISAAT asbl) is responsible for the processing of the data.

2) ISAAT asbl processes the following data:
- For the administrative management of the members (on the basis of consent): surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, date of membership of the institutions or their representative.
- For the management of partners (on the basis of a tacit contract): first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number of the institutions or their representative.
- For the management of fees (on the basis of consent): surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, bank account
- For the management of examiners (on the basis of a tacit contract): surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account, etc.
- For the management of contact lists other than members: surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address
3) The processed data are only transferred to members exercising an internal function (Board of Directors, secretary, treasurer etc.) in the framework of the administrative management of the members.
4) Members’ data are kept for 1 year after non-payment of the annual fee or leaving or exclusion from the association.
In the context of the management of membership fees, the data is kept 2 months after the annual closing of accounts.
5) You may access data concerning you and obtain a copy of them (Article 15 of the RGPD), obtain the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16 of the RGPD), object to the processing of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 21 of the RGPD and obtain their deletion under the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the RGPD. In certain cases, you have the right to portability (article 20 of the RGPD) and to the limitation of the processing under the conditions provided for in article 18 of the RGPD.
6) If you consider that the processing of your data by us constitutes a violation of the DPMR, you may lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données, www.cnpd.lu).
