Professional education programs (Full Programs) comprise a minimum of 600 hours, including in-person courses, individual studies, internships, and final exams. Basic training programs (Human-Dog-Teams for schools, pedagogy, therapy, AAI visits,…) comprise at least 125 hours in theoretical and practical courses of the Human-Dog-Team-Training as well as individual studies.

Please be aware, that often institutions claim to offer education courses following the ISAAT guidelines. This does not guarantee an accreditation by ISAAT. Also, institutions, that are ISAT members often offer further education and training courses, that are not accredited by ISAAT. Please gather information accordingly.
